Summer Camps
Summer Camp is structured for boys and girls ages 5 and up. The emphasis of our program is to provide a fun atmosphere where there is plenty of gymnastics instruction on all of the Olympic events, Tumble Trak, and open gym time. Along with gymnastics, we incorporate lots of fun contests, arts and crafts, and cooperative games and prizes. All of our weeks are action packed, each with a different theme and special event. We offer 1/2 day, full day, free early drop off, and Late pick up for an additional charge.ay and Half Day option Monday- Friday. This Program will run from June 26- August 25

MGC Summer Camp is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and adheres to all state guidelines and regulations of Leominster & Massachusetts Board of Health.

Full Day
$75 deposit required upon registration - NON - REFUNDABLE
9:30am – 3:30pm Monday thru Friday @ $285
OR pick Minimum of 2 – 4 days @ $57/day.
Early Drop off available 8:00 – 9:30 am charge. NO additional registration required.
Extended day available Monday - Thursday from 3:30-5:30 pm for $15 per day. (Additional registration required).
No make-ups for missed camp days.
Half Day
$50 deposit required upon registration.
9:30am – 12:00pm Monday thru Friday @ $155.
OR pick Minimum of 2 – 4 days @ $31/day.

General Information
Health Information (REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN CAMP)
The Department of Public Health requires that all campers provide a copy of a standard school/camp physical that includes immunizations to be emailed to the MGC Leominster ASAP. A complete physical exam is not required if your camper has had one in the last 18 months.
Camp Policies regarding your child
MGC is licensed by the board of health and complies with regulations of the Leominster Health department and Mass Dept. of Public Health. Parents may request to see a copy of MGC Summer Camp’s written policies on staff background checks, health care, discipline and grievance procedures upon request. Please contact the Camp director at 978 466-1272.
Drop off / Pick up
All campers must be checked in and out of camp each day. This must be done at the front desk by the parent. Drop off time is 9:30 am. Pick-up is at 3:30 pm for full day camp and 12:00pm for ½ day camp.
Absences
If your camper will not be attending camp, please call the camp anytime before 8:45 am each day he/she will be absent. It is most important that you call every day, as all absent campers must be accounted for. The direct line for the gym is 978 466-1272.
Medications
Written permission to administer any prescription or over the counter medications brought to camp must be received from the parent/guardian. All medications must be in its original container bearing the pharmacy label, showing the prescription number, date filled, physician’s name, name of medication, directions for use and patient name. Any over the counter medication must be in the original container clearly marked with your child’s name. Keep the medications in a clear plastic bag and include a picture of your child. All medications must be handed to the front desk at the beginning of the day and picked up at the end of each day. Medications cannot be left over night.
Allergies or other Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any allergies or other medical conditions that we should be aware of at least one week prior to attending camp.
If your child should become ill or hurt you will be notified by the camp so arrangements can be made for pick up. Immediate care will be sought at the local Medical facility if deemed necessary.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full refunds less deposit will be considered for cancellations received at least 21 days prior to first day of program start. Balances less deposit may be applied to other weeks.
What to Bring
*Girls = Leotards, optional bike shorts & Hair ties.
*Boys = Athletic wear (no buttons, no zippers, no pockets).
*Water bottle
*Lunch (nut free)
*Snack (nut free)
*Flip flops
*An extra change of clothes might come in handy!
Payment information
Balances will be charged to your card on file during the first week of each month as follows:
Balance for weeks 1–3 will be charged June 1, 2026
Balance for weeks 4–6 will be charged July 1, 2026
Balance for weeks 7–9 will be charged August 3, 2026
If your credit card is authorized for recurrent billing, your card will be automatically charged on the dates above. Charges not paid 5 days after the due date are subject to a $15.00 Late Fee.
