Recreational Gymnastics

With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their skills and build confidence in themselves. Whether your child is a beginner or an advanced gymnasts, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel.

Girls Classes

Ages 5yo+


The Girls Recreational Program consists of 5 levels ranging from beginner through advanced. Throughout each 13-week session, each gymnast is evaluated for progress by their instructor. Using our on-going enrollment policy, gymnasts are able to progress to the next class level at their own pace (a new session does not have to begin for class advancement). Women’s Olympic apparatus and equipment utilized within the girl’s program are: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, tumble track, trampoline. Strength and flexibility conditioning are incorporated through the use of circuit training.

Boys Classes

5yo+


The Boys Recreational Program focuses on working all of the Men’s Olympic events. These include: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Boys also utilize the tumble track, trampoline, to enhance new skill development and spatial awareness.

Tumbling Classes

6 years and up


MGC’s Tumbling Program is intended for children ages 6 and up. Tumblers attend a 1-hour class once per week. This program is designed to help improve their tumbling skills by emphasizing proper tumbling progression, form, and technique. Participants utilize our spring floor, trampoline, and tumble trak.

Private Lessons

6 years and up


Advanced gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 2 hours long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.
